We extract with Organic Sugarcane drinking alcohol as it extracts all the compounds as a whole without breaking up the bonds. Alcohol/ethanol also extracts both polar and non-polar compounds. We feel that once the bonds are broken the effects are greatly diminished. This is why we take our extraction process so seriously and use the best equipment possible. We extract the full spectrum of compounds in a complete manner and then evaporate all of the alcohol off in a vacuum oven as gently as possible. We are still learning why cannabis seems to work this way (best undisturbed), but this is what we have discovered from listening to people’s experiences with other company’s products compare to ours.
